Our Prêt collection can be purchased online and we offer secured payment gateway options. Make your selection, click “Add to Bag” and follow the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will be confirmed upon successful payment and identity verification. You will receive an order confirmation on your registered email address. If you do not receive a order confirmation email, kindly check your junk or spam folder.

Renu Oberoi Luxury Jewellery accepts most debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as UPI payments. Please note, we do not accept cash payments.

Our team is delighted to offer bespoke engraving and personalization services on certain products, if possible. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

For online purchases, your confirmation email will serve as proof of purchase. You will also receive an invoice with your creation.

For in-store transactions, the invoice you receive will act as your proof of purchase.

SHIPPING:

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email. As your order progresses, we will keep you informed with updates on shipping and delivery status.

Our shipping timeline is 14 to 21 business days. However, if an item is available sooner, we will ship it out immediately. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped.

Yes, all orders from Renu Oberoi Luxury Jewellery are shipped via insured courier, BVC Logistics.

We offer a complimentary cleaning, polishing and jewel inspection of your piece once a year.
