Shipping policy

We have partnered with BVC Logistics to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your Renu Oberoi jewellery. BVC Logistics is renowned for its secure and reliable shipping services, guaranteeing that your precious purchases reach you in perfect condition.

 

Orders placed on the weekend will begin processing on the next business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment and order placement. In-stock pieces are shipped within 3–5 business days, while all other orders will be dispatched within 14–21 business days once payment and identity verification are complete.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can track your shipment through the BVC Logistics tracking portal.

 

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damage to your package, please contact our concierge at concierge@renuoberoi.com. We will work closely with BVC Logistics to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 

To ensure timely delivery, please make sure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address/contact details/order items after placing your order, please contact us at concierge@renuoberoi.com within 24 hours.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 14-21 days business days. If your order is in-stock, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. 

Shipping Costs:  All domestic orders qualify for free shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time for international orders 14-21 business days, depending on the destination country.

All international orders qualify for free shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Please note that custom duties vary depending on your country. These charges are not included in the total price displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Renu Oberoi is not responsible for these additional charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP 

All orders placed online can also be picked up from our flagship store in Nariman Point, Mumbai. 

To arrange an in-store pick-up, please call us at +91 9136013979 or email us at concierge@renuoberoi.com, either before or after placing your order. Please provide a 2-day prior notice to ensure a smooth pick-up experience. Remember to bring your online invoice to the store at the time of pick-up. 

Pick-up days may vary depending on the status of the item, whether it is in-stock or custom-made.
