Return & Exchange Policy

DOMESTIC

Your satisfaction is our top priority. In case you wish to return a prét item purchased online, we are happy to assist.

  • You can request a return for prét items purchased online within 7 days from the delivery date. To initiate a return, email concierge@renuoberoi.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • The jewellery must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, and the security tag intact and not tampered with. All original packaging, including the original receipt and certificate of authenticity, must be included.
  • We will arrange a complimentary pick-up of your jewellery within 48 working hours of receiving your request. Our concierge will proactively reach out for any necessary communication.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after deducting a 3% restocking fee.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS 

Renu Oberoi will not accept any return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way. Upon receiving your return request, we will conduct a thorough quality control inspection of the jewellery. 

If the item does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange, and the item will be shipped back at your expense. All returns and exchanges will be accepted at the company’s discretion.

Please note that personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours from the delivery date by emailing concierge@renuoberoi.com.

  • Include images of the damaged product and its packaging when contacting us.
  • Once your request is received, we will arrange a complimentary pick-up of the damaged item within 48 working hours.
  • Upon inspection, if the item is deemed to be damaged due to transit or manufacturing defects, we will process an exchange of the item promptly.

If the inspection determines that the damage is not due to transit or manufacturing, the item will be returned to you, and no exchange will be offered. All exchanges or repairs for damaged items will be accepted at the company’s discretion.

 

INTERNATIONAL

We are unable to offer returns or refunds to our international customers at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, if you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please reach out to concierge@renuoberoi.com.
