- In-stock pieces are shipped within 3–5 business days, while all other orders are dispatched within 14–21 business days. Your jewels are shipped securely and with utmost care, with complimentary shipping offered on all domestic and international orders.
- As mandated by the Reserve Bank of India, we require identification before processing your order. For domestic orders above ₹2 lakhs, please share your PAN Card. For all international orders, a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Employment Card, or similar) is required.
