At Renu Oberoi, every jewel is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. To honour this promise, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our creations.
Warranty Policy
Coverage
Your jewellery is protected by a Lifetime Warranty for:

Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects

Workmanship-related setting issues

Structural concerns that arise from production
All warranty-covered assessments and repairs are carried out exclusively by Renu Oberoi.
Exclusions
The warranty does not include complimentary repair for:

Damage from accidents, impact, mishandling, or improper storage

Natural wear over time, including thinning of bands, abrasions, or loosening from daily use
-
Loss or theft of stones or the jewellery piece
-
Damage caused by exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, chlorine, cleaning agents, or moisture
-
Alterations or repairs performed by any third party
While these issues are not covered as complimentary repairs, we are pleased to address them as chargeable services, subject to assessment.
Complimentary Services
To maintain the beauty of your jewellery, we offer the following services annually, at no cost, for the lifetime of your piece:

Polishing

Professional cleaning

Periodic inspections, including assessment of prongs, stones, clasps, and structural integrity
Chargeable Services
Any repair requiring materials or technical workmanship is billable. This includes:

Rhodium plating
-
Replacement of diamonds, gemstones, or lost components
-
Re-sizing of rings, bracelets, and necklaces
-
Repairs due to natural wear over time
-
Repairs for damage caused by impact, accidental force, mishandling, or chemical exposure
For pieces with extensive damage, we will assess whether a secure and lasting repair is possible. If reconstruction is required, we will recommend the most suitable approach and share an estimate before proceeding.
Validity & Assistance
Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase.
This warranty is valid only for the original owner and is non-transferable.
